It is time to finish up the rewrite on "In Search of
True Love". I hope to have it all completed in time for the conference in Mobile next week end. My promotional material has been ordered and willbe ready to pick up on Monday. From all indications the conference will be well attended and perhaps we can make thaqt magical connection that will lead to getting this and other books published. I guess only time will tell.

We had a great weekend. Going to Gatlinburg is always fun, especially when you get to walk trails in the rain; sounds bad, but we had a blast. And, for diner, an Italina restaurant made the night perfect when our waitress happen to be from Russia. We invited her to join us and the owner was such a good guy, that he let her. We enjoyed the time and the two bottles of chianti.
The book I am working on is about a girl that runs away to the Smokies to start a new life and find true love. So, let me say I really doing my research on this one.

This is the first step in an adventure that will prove to be interesting as I attempt to make friends in the writting industry. Telling a good story is whatI think writting is all about. After spending all morning working on this site and a new web site, my wife and I are getting ready to go to the Smoky Mountains. We were married there 5 months ago, and it is the location of the current book I am working on "In Search Of True Love." It should be finished with in a week:but, with maybe another week or so of rewritting. We are going to a writer's conference in Mobile, Alabama the first week end of October and I would love to have it completed by then. I am looking for an agent that would be interested in representing a man that writes romantic mystery in almost a chick lit fashion.
