Moving over to Montevideo Uruguay to further our study of Tango to make my novels more authentic.

Ok, our friends, we will be in Montevideo for one month to capture what makes Montevideo the most magical place on the planet you need to visit and learn tango, which I include in all of my novels. We had a great time in Buenos Aries capturing images and have a ton of photos that need processing and need to put on our photo editor hat. You can see the online photogrpahy gallery at You can also sign up for the newsletter to the fine art gallery that will keep you up to date on our travels and events we attend around the world. Tango is very much associated with Argentina, but it really started in Montevideo Uruguay. We are also here during festival time, carnival time. The architecture is amazing here and needs a lot of time spent taking pictures that should be displayed in a fine art gallery and worth the energy to edit and enhanced these images of Uruguay. Our pictures will also be a great way to learn what you need to explore and do and see when you visit Uruguay. As always you can see all the fine art photos in the online gallery by selecting the fine photo marked as the entire store, but you can also click on many categories to go directly to what you are looking for such as Argentina, and a soon to be added one on Uruguay. Please subscribe directly to this blog and you will get an e-mail feed of our posts as we make them. Your support is greatly appreciated. Another blog we have is for our digital nomadic lifestyle that you can subscribe to as well which is located at . On the about page there you can see a full list of our social media platforms and other websites that might be of interest to you. If no one has told you yet, a big Merry Christmas, and very soon we will do our around-the-world celebration for the new year where we celebrate every hour with those living in the time zone crossing over into the new year. Thank you for your very kind support Johnny and Natasha Ray

Back to working on a new novel, but first an update on what has been going on lately

Hello guys, and know I have been missing in action for a while, but having a great time exploring the world as we have turned into fulltime digital nomads and move constantly now, and stay only one month per country as we explore the globe. We are heading to South America for the wintertime in America, but summer there and hope to live in 4 different countries before we head to northern Europe. I have many novels where dancing is a central part of the book, and so going to study Argentina style tango is a natural and should make the stories feel even more authentic. My latest novel, MICHAEL'S SONG was partually based in Argentina and involved the creation of a song created to dance tango. I have also danced tango since I was around 7 or 8, so this step in finally going there to study tango is a dream for me and my wife, Natasha. I have a new feed burner that replaced the one google no longer supports, so be sure to sign up so you can ge tuodates on our travels and the next novel. You might want to also check out my central blog at which also gives a complete list of my social media and other blogs that I manage.

Breaking news on authors, publishers, the the literary world.

The fight to stay focused on writing has always been a major problem for writers, as the distraction mount. The internet is a great tool for doing research, promoting your work, connecting with your support staff, for both authors, and publishers. As such, it is a double-edged sword.

Departmentzati0n is one way to fight the battle, where you use certain time blocks for doing specialized work. The problem is while writing you hit a snag, a place where you need to do some fact checking. Or perhaps it is when you get an urgent call from a publisher, an agent, or authors as the case might be. Other times it could be writer’s block and you need time to reset your thoughts.

Now, enter the metaverse, with its addictive attributes. The ability to connect to research have all changed, and it is up to the individual to reset how they plan to use it or hide from it. Like many new technologies, it has a learning curve, and a time needed to expand you reach base. All of this takes time.

Where there is problems there can also be opportunities, such as being one of the first to offer services that manage your time on the metaverse, as well as your effectiveness.

Good writing, editing, or publishing as the case might be. Be sure to sign up by e-mail using the form in the right side panel so you do not miss future articles.
